About Our Facility
Our facility is located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Please be aware of any weather disturbances or storms around the country during the winter months, when you may experience delays. Please contact us at (800) 257-4566 if you wish to find out whether your item can ship in a timely manner. Our business days are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm EST. Our Shipping Department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and most Holidays. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday (when choosing UPS) or Tuesday morning (when choosing USPS).
Note: All orders placed after 2pm EST (11am Pacific time) will be processed the next business day. Please contact us at (800) 257-4566 if your order is placed after this cut off time, and we will try our best expedite it the same day if possible.
*Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping is occasionally offered as a promotion. This will only apply to delivery within the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico.

Where’s My Order?
You will receive an automated email from our UPS or USPS shipping system with your tracking number, and be able to track your order at www.ups.com or www.usps.com respectively.

Every order is shipped as fast as possible and usually on the same business day of the order (for UPS) or next morning (for USPS). In certain cases (rare back orders), we will notify you by email or phone call so you know when to expect delivery.

International orders to some countries may be subject to Customs inspections and fees and/or additional shipping carrier fees (i.e brokerage fees, handling/administrative fees, etc.) based upon each country’s policies and the shipping carrier’s policies. We cannot be responsible for time delays due to these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees or additional shipping carrier fees that may be charged to deliver the package to your country’s destination.
For International orders, in case of return or cancellation, Bio Med Sciences will not be responsible for refund discrepancies due to the exchange rate between US Dollars and foreign currency. We refund the amount in dollars that is due, and any conversion differences will not be refunded. In the event of a package held at the Customs of a foreign country, Customer will be responsible to contact the Customs of his/her own country. While we cannot contact Customs of a foreign country, we will assist Customer to the best of our abilities by providing any documentation that is necessary for the release of a Customer’s package from Customs in the Customer’s Country.
For every package that is shipped, a tracking number is sent via e-mail to the customer. Once a package is shipped, customer has to follow up until the delivery of their package is complete. ANY shipping claim or discrepancy has to be reported within 30 days after the placing the order. Beyond the 30 days, no claim will be accepted, and no refund will be issued, however Bio Med Sciences will assist Customer to the best of their abilities by contacting the shipping carrier. If you find an item to be damaged in transit, Bio Med Sciences will need to be notified within 10 days following the receipt of the order. Beyond the 10 days, no claim will be accepted.

Once we receive your message with the above information, we will let you know as soon as possible if we can ship the order to your location (we will also calculate the shipping fees) . Please understand that some orders may not be processed to certain locations, due to shipping restrictions.
All returns must be Pre Authorized and require an assigned Return Authorization Number (RA #) in order to process an exchange or for any credits or refunds to be applied. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
